Large double room in Walthamstow flat

Hey hey!

My name is Conor, I’m a 32 year old working as an engineer. I’m currently living in a lovely flat on Forest Road in Walthamstow. It’s right opposite Lloyd park and is only a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Central station (on the Victoria line and overground to Liverpool Street).

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished with all expected amenities including a garden.

You’ll be sharing with myself and my dog Sid (6 year old French bulldog, very friendly, well behaved and fully house trained). Other dogs are welcome as long as they get on with other dogs. Cats are a no unfortunately however.

Looking for someone who’s open to socialising but equally as happy to do their own thing. I’m far from adverse to partying but just as happy to have a civilised meal and chill out. This isn’t a party house by any means, it’s just always a difficult topic to mention in these things though right? I’m personally not part of the LGBT+ community, however many people in my close friendship group are, and this is a safe space for all.

If I’m not at home, you’ll find me at work, walking the dog or skateboarding. Other interests of mine include fashion, music and cycling. I have a few friends with restaurants and food venues in hackney so I spend a lot of my time there. A successful candidate will benefit from regular culinary tours of east London at some of the best eateries. I’m also not a bad cook myself.
