Single room in cute cosy flat

Single room available to rent in a lovely little flat in Walthamstow. The room itself is small but fits a 3/4 bed & also with a side room that my flatmate has used as her dressing room & for wardrobe and drawer space. I am a single female who has lived at the flat for the past 8 years with my flatmate who is sadly moving out. The flat is furnished, homely & modern perfect for a female professional who enjoys hanging out with food, wine and music but also someone I can socialise outside of the flat. I am clean, tidy love cooking, hitting the gym, love a good Sunday at the pub after a walk. I enjoy going out but also love having my time at home to chill out. I often look after dogs so if you’re a dog lover there’s lots of cuddles to be had here too. Short walk to Walthamstow Village which has some lovely bars and restaurants and not far from Epping Forest for walks. Less than 25 mins to get into central London. Bills are not included but are around £180/£200 (depending on the time of year as the flat has pay as you go for gas and electric. Female flat mate is preferred as would prefer to keep as a female household.
