Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my 2-bedroom flat in Walthamstow. The available room is a spacious double (3x3m), currently unfurnished, but it comes with a bed frame and mattress left by the previous flatmate (which I can remove if you prefer).

- There's a really nice park just around the corner
- Lots of cafes and restaurants within short walking distance
- Two Lidls! And a Sainsbury's, all within a 10 minute walk

About Me: I work as a data scientist and sometimes work from home. I enjoy socialising but I'm also happy spending time on my own. I love crafts like knitting and model making, watching films, reading fiction, and playing board games. I enjoy yoga, climbing, and the outdoors. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and values a peaceful living environment.

Tenancy Details: The contract is up for renewal, so it's a joint tenancy starting from 28th October (1 year with a break clause). I’m happy to cover the full rent up until you move in if you can only start between 28th October and 15th November.

Move-in Date: Available from 28th October, but flexible until 15th November.
