Spacious Double Room in Walthamstow

Lovely spacious double room is available to rent in Walthamstow, as I am now moving out :)

The flat: A double room 3-bed flat. Just off of Wood Street. 5 - 10 minute walk to Wood St overground station and 10 - 15 minutes to Walthamstow Central. The flat is also just round the corner from Walthamstow Village ✨

More details:

- £750 a month and this includes council tax, internet and a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks. So the only bills are gas and electricity, which usually come to around £20-30 per person per month (making the total cost for the room ~£780 a month).

- Refrences are required, I believe it’s just the usual proof of income and a landlord reference from your previous house. We don’t use an agent and deal directly with our landlord who is really nice!

- You would be living with Isabella and Tom. Both super friendly - Tom is usually WFH 3 days a week and Isabella works out of the house 5 days a week ☺️

- The flat, unfortunately, doesn't have a living room or a garden, only a shared kitchen. Athough theres lots of pubs, gyms, parks and leisure centres nearby to socialise.

What’s included:

Bedframe, mattress, full length mirror. The bedroom is honestly so spacious with the whole wall being built in wardrobe / cupboards. I’ve currently got space for a desk and dressing table (unfortunately these are coming with me) there’s also loads you can fit stuff under the bed!
