Sunny double room in a terrace house in a fab location, based in Walthamstow village.

The room is on the ground floor and comes unfurnished. You can possibly buy the bed frame for 100£ (bought one year ago for 300£).

We have a lovely garden which you can relax in and host bbqs and meals, as well as a shared living space, kitchen, bathroom, a small spare room.

Looking for a housemate who wants to make a house a home.

Respecting each other and sharing the occasional meal every now and then.

You would be sharing with two females in their 30’s (working in mental health and circus) who enjoy fitness, exploring new places, cooking, the outdoors and sharing dinners.

Council tax band C bills come to approximately 120-160 a month.

We don't smoke but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

We don't have pets but often have a very cute neighbour cat visiting and foxes in the garden.
