Big and spacious double bedroom available in a modern ground floor flat right in the heart of Walthamstow Village. Room comes unfurnished but can be part furnished as current flatmate is happy to leave chest of drawers, single & double wardrobes and desk if wanted.

Flat has shared living room/ kitchen with bathroom and separate shower room and a decent sized private garden.

Excellent transport links. The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Central and about 15 minutes walk from Walthamstow Queens Road. Plenty of great bus links too. Can be in central London within 25 mins and Liverpool Street within 30 mins

Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate/ flatmates who are respectful of shared living. It would be nice to find people who are interested in hanging out and creating a social environment in the space. Couples very welcome but also single flatmates too.

A little about me: I’m a 35 year old fitness professional working in the film industry and in the boutique reformer Pilates studios of London. I’m very chilled and tidy. I’m a bit of a nerd so think boardgames and comic books. I like staying active and have my own weights, kettlebells, etc at home you are welcome to use. I’m very friendly and want to make anyone feel welcome in the house and all about creating that really homely atmosphere.
