Lovely double in 2 bed-great area of Walthamstow!

The time has come to find a new roomie.

The room is unfurnished (apart from the wardrobe) so you would need to bring your own bed, etc. The rest of the flat is furnished minus the tv. It’s been painted pale grey and new carpets were fitted not long ago.

You will be sharing with me, I’m a chilled professional who works in fashion. Looking for someone chill, clean and respectful. This is not a party flat, but having friends over for a few drinks isn't a problem!

The flat is a 12 minute walk from Walthamstow Central station, 5 minute walk in to Walthamstow Village which has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. A 2 minute walk to Lea Bridge Road with great bus routes. There is on street parking available but you will need to pay for a permit.

The flat is the top floor of a terraced house, so no garden unfortunately but there are lovely areas around to spend outside so I have never found this a problem.

The landlord has confirmed that there is a £750 deposit to pay and £50 fee for changing the name on the tenancy. Professional preferred, no 0 hour contracts earning minimum 30k a year. No students. They will also need to reference you.

Rent is £750 a month (this is a slightly bigger room) and bills come to around £150-180pp a month.
