We're looking for a female tenant to rent out the garden facing room for £625 a month with bills included (wifi, gas/electric/council tax)

It's a 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central Station, and a short walk to Blackhorse Road station.

Bed has draws underneath for clothes etc / we haven't put a wardrobe/ desk just incase you wanted to put a desk if you work from home or if you'd prefer a wardrobe. T

First 2 weeks rent upfront.

We're both working, and are mostly home on the weekends, we also have 2 friendly cats!
