Walthamstow - Seeking 4Th Flatmate - Available Dec

We're three friendly 31-year-olds—Max, Gili, and myself—working in the film industry, sharing our home with our charming 3-toothed cat, Detective Mouse McMittens, affectionately known as Baba. We are social and kind people who enjoy good company.

Our house features a cozy garden, a fully equipped kitchen for your use, and a shared living room. The available small double bedroom is £549 per month.

The location is ideal, with close access to the overground and Victoria line, as well as convenient routes to Enfield, 3 Mills, and the M25.

We are potentially looking for someone to sublet for three months, as we plan to move out around early March. We're also open to shorter stays. The room is available from December 1st and is unfurnished. We understand the short rental period might not be ideal, but we’re happy to assist in sourcing furniture, including a bed and chest of drawers, etc.
