House share in leafy Walthamstow

Hi everyone, I am new to London and have taken a room short term house share which I am considering taking the lease on for next year (current flatmates are moving back home out the country at the end of February). The house and street are really nice and peaceful and the area is lovely. The house is also very good value, the smaller rooms being cheaper still. In terms of furniture depending on your needs we can source pieces. House rules can be developed with new housemates but currently everything is working well in an informal manner. About myself I am a 36 year old policy and public professional from Scotland. Previously I have worked in speciality coffee and as a vintage dealer so the house will benefits from additional nice Nordic decor (currently in attic) and has a great coffee set up. I would place myself in the very friendly but also low maintenance category. Available for viewings over the next few months. Cheers
