The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, gas cooker, oven, NutriBullet, sandwich maker, toaster, electric kettle, fridge freezer, mini dishwasher, and washing machine.

The property is just a 14-minute walk to the nearest Tube station and a 10-minute stroll to Walthamstow Market, which offers a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, cafes, and a cinema.

I am a teetotaler, vegetarian (tending toward veganism), good-natured person who values mutual respect, positive home environment, health, and hygiene.
