Double room in a terraced house

Hi there! I'm looking for a housemate to share my cozy 2 bedroom home.

The room comes furnished with a small double bed, a chest of drawers, and a bedside lamp. The room faces the garden, so it’s nice and quiet for sleeping. During the sunny days, plenty of light comes through the large window. The room also has a heater for the colder days.

There is plenty of shared space in the house, with a well maintained kitchen, garden, bathroom, dining room, and TV room. I have Sky TV, a few streaming services, and a Nintendo Switch.

In terms of transport, it's a 15 min walk to the Blackhorse Road station on the Victoria line, so you can get to central London quickly. Walthamstow is also a great area to explore, with Lloyd Park and the William Morris Gallery only a 10 min walk away.

You would be sharing the house with me and my cat. A bit about me: I'm a 34 year old gay male who has been living in London for 5 years. I enjoy tennis, movies, and travelling. When I am at home I tend to be quiet, but I would enjoy sharing a beer or watching TV together.

I am a tidy person, and would expect the same of a housemate. I do smoke occasionally, but always outside the house. I work for a US media company and I go to the office 3-4 days a week.

I'm looking for a housemate who is:
- Friendly and respectful
- Working outside of the home, or hybrid working
- Can commit to a 6 month tenancy
- Male preferred
- LGBT preferred, but all are welcome
