One of our housemates is sadly leaving us to live with her partner so we're looking for someone to join us in our beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house right by Lloyd Park and a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute bus) to Walthamstow Central.
£1200 pcm
This is the largest room on the top floor. It has gorgeous views, lots of built in storage and an ensuite. There is also an office/spare room which can mainly be yours. Essentially, you'll have the top floor of the house all to yourself. Enjoy!
Bills are approximately £150
You'll be sharing with me (31) and Megan (30).
I'm a chef. I love food, art and motorbikes. 👩🍳🎨🏍️
Megan works in the charity sector and loves knitting, nature and socialising. 🧶🌱☕️
We're looking for someone who will appreciate a beautiful, tidy and relaxed home. We'd equally love someone who will enjoy going to the cinema, pub and hosting the occasional dinner party.
