I have a room available in Walthamstow E17 - starting 5th February till 31st March
- £800 (including bills) paid at the start of each month
- 10-15min walk from Walthamstow Central Station (overground and underground).
- 4 min walk to closest bus stop
- 2 min walk to late off licence shops
- Very peaceful neighbourhood and 2 mins walk from Loyds Park/William Morris Gallery
It’s a Victorian flat/house. There is a shared garden with our upstairs neighbours, they have a small dog.
It’s a super cozy place. The room has a double bed and smart TV. You will have the full wardrobe and bedside draws for your belongings.
You will be living with 1 other person. Hetty (30) is a gallery curator and also works in the city Mon-Fri. She has a cute tortoiseshell cat named Banshee and a Goldfish.
