We have a gorgeous loft room available in our huge house! AVAILABLE NOW
The room is the biggest in the house, with an en-suite, big wardrobe and lovely views of the garden
The house itself is massive, with a huge living room, nice big and bright kitchen leading to out to the garden. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house (one of them being the en suite in the loft room) and our 5th and smallest housemate is Goobi the cat
St James st overground is a 3 minute walk from our doorstep, and Blackhorse Rd and Walthamstow central are both a 10-15 walk away
We are looking for a sociable, clean human to join us 😊
You would be joining a home, not just a place to crash
LGBT+ friendly & you’d be living with an Aussie, a Scott and a Welsh human
We love to hang together, popping to the pub, going for adventures and cooking/watching movies but we are also house trained and respect each others space and all have big lives outside of the house.
Some of us smoke but only occasionally and outside
We are also looking for our new addition to sign the lease as well so please keep that in mind when messaging
