Description
I'm sadly moving out of our house and am looking for someone to take over the room from end of April / start of May.
My 3 housemates are really friendly and relaxed and good at both being around when you want company and leaving you to it when you want your own space.
We often spend evenings chilling together watching whatever is new on TV, playing board games or going to play badminton. There are also evenings where everyone just does their own thing too. On weekends everyone usually has their own plans and housemates have family outside of London so are sometimes away visiting them.
In the house now it's me (but I'll be moving out), one couple - male and female, 31 and 30 and another male, 30. We are open to any gender moving in.
We are looking for someone to easily fit into the house that doesn't mind socialising a bit. Also looking for someone that tidied up after themselves in communal spaces and is happy to do their bit around the house. We all contribute to having a cleaner come in fortnightly to make keeping the house clean easier.
The house itself is super spacious with a big lounge and kitchen, lovely garden and three floors.
The first floor is where the bedroom available is, there's also another bedroom currently in use and a spare room where we may have a friend stay over. Then the second floor is a loft conversion with a bedroom and en-suite which is also taken.
The room available is a double room with a built in wardrobe so plenty of storage space. It comes with a bed but no other furniture so you can put your own stuff in too. It faces the front of the house which is on a quiet and safe road, conveniently close to Lea Bridge Road and Markhouse Road.
There's a shed at the back of the garden if you need any extra storage space.
Location wise, getting to Walthamstow Central, St James Street Station is easy by walking / bus or Blackhorse Road station, Lea Bridge station and Leyton station is easy by a quick bus ride too. There's an Aldi close by for food shopping or a Sainsburys or Asda too.
Bill's aren't included with rent and we split them equally between us - water, energy, council tax and internet. We also share cleaning costs. In total this is about an extra £150 each a month.
The contract runs until 28th September.
