Double Bedroom in a Bright, Green 2 Bed Flat

Very green & bright airy double room complete with a bed, bedside table, lamp, rug, air purifier/ dehumidifier, wardrobe, framed photo & drawers.

There’s a bathroom with a shower bath & a shared space of the living room and dining room.

I, Pearl, would live there and I’m quite sociable, but I’m also happy to just chill out. I’m pretty easy going so I’d be fine with whatever! Back to the boring (important) stuff.

I quite love my little homestead & will often just be in the living room working on a knit project watching tv, chilling or cooking/ baking something in the kitchen! We have a little household sourdough starter!

The flat is situated between Walthamstow Central and Wood Street Station, it’s about 10-15 minutes of either.

The closest shop is Tesco Express on Forest Road - 4 minute walk & there’s a Lidl about 10 minutes away.

The neighbourhood in the surrounding area is quite quiet to be honest as it’s in a close type area, so usually isn’t too loud. I find it peaceful, hopefully you will too!

There’s no parking, but you could sort easily sort a permit for the street side parking.

I’m a 24 year old freelancing professional that works in the Film & TV industry, when I’m working I’m rarely at home, but when I’m in between jobs I’ll be around.
