2 Rooms in a 5-bed in Walthamstow - great links

This is a large, double room with a large built-in wardrobe. The room is furnished with a bed and a standing mirror.

This room includes a private living room and a semi-private shower room (shared with one other person as we have 2 bathrooms, so split between us).

The living room has a 2-seater sofa, a coffee table that lifts into a dinner table/working station, and a TV with access internet.

This is a 5-bed house, with an extended large kitchen, two fridges, three freezers, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, large south-facing garden. We also have a cleaner every week, so communal areas are cleaned, regularly.

We are ideally located within 3 mins of St James Station (direct links to Hackney, Liverpool St) and 7 mins walk from Blackhorse Road Station with direct links to (Finsbury Park, Kings Cross, Victoria & Euston).

Currently living in the home are myself, my partner, a female, and a female lodger. Plus Bailey, our Cockapoo.

We are looking for £1100 but will take a fair offer once the property has been viewed and we believe we're a good match.

We've used the place for AirBnB while we look for a new housemate. Here are some comments we've received.
