Double bedroom with access to your own showerroom facilities. Has built in storage furnished with a double bed and bedside table. Bills included are Gas and Electric*. This is idealy suited for a single working person the £750 per month includes the utility bills mentiined so given the area this is a bargain price for a great room in a great area. We may consider couples but the rent to accomodate will be adjusted to circa £785 pcm for 2 people to cover extra costs, but we prefer a single person.
This is a house with easy going people who are kind, tidy and respectful, no infants as everyone is working professionals. Quiet household where you are aforded privacy and comfort.
We do have some preferances. We do not allow either Alcohol or Pork to be stored or consumed in the house, sorry. The area is great and you have bus stops only 1 min walk from the front door 100 yards or so. Also you are within a 10 to 15min walk from 3 stations both overground and underground tube. The buss gets you there in 5 mins. Ideally we are looking for a clean tidy professional person, prefferably female. The area is great with local Gyms, parks and cafe's/ shopping aswelll as the village within walking distance. We also do have a home Gym being prepared for those too busy to travel to a local one, this should be ready by mid April and you would be welcome to use it. It has a treadmill, cross bike and a bench with some weights. Just put on your favourite track and work out in privacy. You will not be dissapointed with the room, there are occupents so the room will not be available for atleast the next 4 weeks.
