3 bed, 2 bath build-to-rent (E17)

Hi, we're Eleanor & Claudia 👋🏻

We're looking for a flatmate to join us in a 3 bed, 2 bath build to rent flat in Walthamstow (London). The building is equipped with outdoor pool, gym, yoga terrace, cinema room, tennis court and communal work spaces (& free WiFi) - all at a £700/month discount! ✨️ (Thanks to Claudia's status as a key worker).

Both of us are recent graduates moving to London for work: Claudia as a teacher and Eleanor as a political intern. We like casual evenings in and a chill couple of drinks (incl. sober socials) at the weekend. Eleanor is a big thrifter and loves a day in a London park. Claudia is a big music and movie girly. Where we don't agree is football and F1! You'll be mediating in a Nottingham Forest - Liverpool rivarly and an RB - Ferrari clash (exaggerating obvs 🤪) We're not big drinkers, so we don't go too wild, but we're very social, so we don't just want a flatmate, but a friend too :)

*** UPDATE: We have someone living with us for 6 months (until January) as, back in July, the building gave us 24 hours to make a decision. I know it's not ideal for you, but we're now looking for someone to fill that room for 6-18 months after that.
