Box room available now (accepting viewing)

I have a compact but spacious box room for rent in a quiet home im looking for a respectable and reliable lodger, the room has a desk with a chair, storage space overhead, chest of drawers, a memory foam mattress, wardrobe and a TV. This is best suited for someone who is busy during the day and just needs somewhere to come back to. I also have a small dog who is house trained so u will need to be a alright with living with a dog.
