1 bedroom in gorgeous Walthamstow flat

I am advertising 1 bedroom in my 3 bedroom flat in Walthamstow to start 2nd September but our landlord has asked me to find someone before 31 st July to begin referencing. We are also open to someone moving in sooner :)

The rent is divided between 3 of us is £716.66 per person i currently have a room going with with original parquet wood floor and the other housemate joe lives upstairs.

The flat is on the 3rd floor of a block of flats on a quiet street with skyline views of the city and also overlooks a shared back garden. The flat has 2 modern bathrooms and a modern kitchen. The living space is furnished but you’ll have to bring your own bedroom furniture.

This is my dream space and I’d love to live with someone lovely who enjoys making the house a home with sweet vibes and laughs.

I work in the creative industry as a designer and have a busy work schedule but ALWAYS have free time to chat, laugh, dance, and ponder with my housemates. I love pottering around wood st so would be totally up for going to cafes/eating dinner/going to the pub together

Boring: bills come to around £120/£130 each depending on summer and winter months. The nearest stop is Wood St.

I believe you have to be earning £37,000+ and/or guarantor but they would have to be a guarantor for the entire flat unfortunately according to the agency. Contract is for 1 year.

Cute stuff: I have a small cat called Miss Lovely - please be a cat person 🤞🏻 she is a bit mischievous so I am looking for someone who really understands cats

about us:
I'm 32 and work in the design industry and Im from the north of England. Joe is also 32 and from the north. We'd love to have someone who is open to sharing occasional meals, pub and cafe trips. Joe always buys morning pastries for us. Classic hobbies include exhibitions, socialising, walking (epping forest is close by) joe likes football. i love pottering around the area.
