Bright double room (Mon–Fri), 1 min to Blackhorse Road station, 15 minutes into central London, comfortable, new-build flat.
A bright, comfortable, newly decorated double room is available Monday to Friday only in our modern, peaceful, new-build apartment—just 1 minute's walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line + Overground). 15 mins to King’s Cross, 20 mins to Central London/the City, with excellent transport links to airports too.
You’ll be sharing with a friendly, professional academic couple. We both work at the University of Exeter and are often away midweek—so you’ll frequently have the flat to yourself!
THE ROOM:
• Monday to Friday (other part time arrangements considered - 5 nights for £595/ 4 nights for £495 / 3 nights for £400)
• Choice of single or double bed
• Sole use of the brand new, modern bathroom with full bath and shower
• Bright and quiet, with blackout blinds for cosy nights and summer privacy
• View over the balcony and city skyline
• Room for a desk (not provided), and some storage space for leaving clothes between stays

• Lots of books, comfy sofas, and beautiful furnishings throughout—you’re welcome to make yourself at home in the shared spaces.

ABOUT US:
We’re a couple of university lecturers in our 30s and 40s into yoga, gardening, cooking, music, reading, and films. We love our home to feel calm and tidy. Often only one of us is in during the week. Sometimes you’d have the place to yourself.
IDEAL LODGER:
We’re looking for a friendly, clean, respectful professional (no couples or hybrid/home workers please) who works outside the home, and is happy to keep the flat vegetarian/pescetarian.
