Accommodation includes a double bedroom with kingsize bed, wardrobe and small desk if required, a shared living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
As the live-in owner, I'm warm, friendly and enjoy conversation, while also respecting others' privacy.
This would suit a lodger who appreciates a clean, tidy, peaceful environment and does not work from home or entertain in the flat.
