Shared areas include the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and a large balcony with a great view — perfect for growing plants. The building is new and very secure, and the front desk can receive packages on your behalf.

Transport:
Only a 2-minute walk to Blackhorse Road Station. Around 20 minutes to Oxford Circus by tube. Multiple bus stops right downstairs with direct routes to Stratford.

Neighborhood:
There’s a Co-op downstairs, and two Tesco stores within a 3-minute walk. Parks and the Wetland Centre are also within walking distance. Super convenient! Great for strolls after work or on weekends.

Flatmates:
Two amazing girls — one works in advertising, the other runs her own business. There’s also a super clingy, snack-loving cat.

Bills and council tax not included - split evenly among flatmates.

Looking for:
A clean and responsible girl. Ideally someone working full-time (students are okay but will need to help with council tax). Must pass a reference check.
