Looking for 2 lovely people to join me in this 3 bed flat in Walthamstow.

1 smaller room and 1 bigger room with en suite.

3 mins walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line and Overground) - right next to the Walthamstow Wetlands and Blackhorse Road Beer Mile, a really fab location.

Will be doing viewings for the smaller room towards the end of next week onwards, and for the bigger room the first week of September.

Looking for people who are friendly, fun and clean!

Some bills are included in the rent (heating, hot water and wifi), we pay council tax, water and electricity separately which is approx £100pp pcm.

The building has parking available for an extra fee.

Room is unfurnished - however the current tenants may be looking to leave or sell their furniture, so this can be negotiated ☺️

The building also has a co working space, 24hr security and monthly events as well as a lovely team running reception during the day.

I work in the music industry in partnerships/marketing for venues - love a gig or a pub night! But also love a night in with a book or good TV show. Would love to find 2 people to make this flat a lovely home, I’ve lived here for the past year and love it.
