Lovely home near Lloyd Park

There is a room available in the flat I rent - it’s a nice quiet road with private garden space at the back (half is ours and half upstairs neighbour), and a very short walk to the park! It’s a cosy terrace that’s part-furnished, sharing with me, a journalist who mostly works from a newsroom but does some wfh. Looking for someone friendly and considerate to share now my housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. Council tax band C
