Double room in pet friendly flat

Hello!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bed flat in Walthamstow.

A bit about me: I’m 27, work in PR, and live here with my rescue cat, Lancelot (he’s very sweet and would love a furry friend if you have one!).

The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a big balcony. The kitchen’s kitted out with everything (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, airfryer, fridge-freezer). The bathroom has a shower-over-bath, heated towel rail and a big mirror.

The bedroom up for grabs is the larger of the two, with a double bed and big wardrobe. The flat’s mostly furnished but there’s space to add bits if you’ve got them (bonus points if you have a TV to bring!). There’s also a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer and extra storage. Heating is underfloor with thermostats in every room.

Bills come to additional £120 a month (approx) which includes council tax, water, gas, wifi and electricity.

Transport:

10 mins to Wood Street Overground (5 mins to Walthamstow Central, 20 mins to Liverpool Street). Bus routes 212 and W16 nearby.

I’ve been here a year and it’s a great flat, and its the best one I've lived in in all the years of flat sharing! I’m looking for someone clean, friendly and ideally up for making the place feel like a home. I’m sociable and like doing things with my flatmate, but also respectful of downtime and space. (Even more bonus points if you're a Swiftie lol)

The photos are from before I moved in, so they don’t do it justice, it’s much cosier now, happy to provide more recent photos if needed. Landlord is also wonderful, is always on hand to help and there's been minimal issues with the flat! And finally there's also an option to go through reposit for the deposit, (a deposit replacement) in case you aren't able to pay a full £1000.
