Double Room with Private Bathroom

I'm moving out so a double room is available in this stylish 2-bed flat in Walthamstow. It's a large bedroom in a comfortable flat with great access on the Victoria line down to Kings Cross and other central areas. My former flatmate is therefore looking for someone to move in to fill the room. The room effectively has its own private bathroom as the other bedroom is an en-suite. There's also lots to do in the immediate area with parks, cafes, restaurants and breweries.

My former flatmate is a relaxed and friendly guy in his early 30s who works a corporate job and is happy to meet people at viewings to see if it's a good fit - for the right person there's flexibility for move in date / slight wiggle room for rent. He enjoys going for drinks, sport, socialising and the occasional boardgame.
