Large downstairs fully furnished bedroom available mid April 2026 for £750/month incl bills. Share of large upstairs shower room with 1 other (me). Viewings will not be held in April but get in touch to register interest for then.
You are welcome to sit and relax in the living room. There’s no telly but you’re welcome to use your devices to watch stuff in there,
Area: The house is a cute Victorian cottage-style terrace modernised over the years for cosy comfort. Cosy, safe and homely we are situated in a great Stow community location (with families, professionals etc) where everything is in a walkable distance- great if you love the 15min walkable city concept! (10-15min walk from Lloyd Park, High st and Blackhorse Road St.) . Forest Rd is 3 mins walk away with plenty of buses to hop on to).
The outside spaces still need some work, so the garden is not quite ready for any outdoor meals/entertaining... but Green-fingered housemates are welcome to have a small plot out there to tinker on during their stay.
Your downstairs Double Room Room has;

Minimum stay is set at 2 month
Rent with bills is £750/month

The minimum notice is 1 month to be given on your rent day (or before)
This room is not suitable for someone who WFH so rates have been set accordingly
