House of hard-working professionals seeking another working professional to join the household. The house is a cosy Victorian cottage-style terrace with a communal kitchen-living area (see pics) and three bedrooms.

My housemate (Lucian) and I (Pix) respect your right to peace, privacy and a cosy, clean safe space to reset and recharge. We are both pretty busy working/socialising/side-hustling a lot of the time but you'll always get a friendly hello/catch-up when we bump into each other. There’s no telly in kitchen-living area but you’re welcome to use your devices to watch stuff in there.

The room is a large downstairs fully furnished bedroom. Share of large upstairs shower room with 1 other (me).

Available May 2026 for £750/month incl bills. Viewings will start taking place next week.

Area: Cosy, safe and homely we are situated in a great Stow community location (with families, professionals etc) where everything is in a walkable distance- great if you love the 15min walkable city concept! (10-15min walk from Lloyd Park, High st and Blackhorse Road St.) . Forest Rd is 3 mins walk away with plenty of buses to hop on to).

The outside spaces are still a work in progress...The back garden will hopefully be ready for BBQ season (still needs work not gonna lie-lol). Lucian and I both have bit of earth to play with out there. We don't know what we're doing but its very relaxing regardless. Greener-fingered housemates are welcome to have a small plot out there to tinker with during their stay and impart their wisdom

PLEASE NOTE- this room is suitable for someone who works outside the home M-F, 9-5 and the inclusive room rates have been set accordingly
