Large double loft room

Looking for a new flatmate for our quiet and cosy house. We’d love someone who likes a little chat and is fairly clean. We’re all very respectful of each other’s space and keep the house a low stress environment.

The room is a gorgeous attic room with its own sink. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers in the house that we divide between us. We’ve got a basically brand new oven and two fridges which is a great luxury as well.

Walthamstow is a lovely area and we’re right by some of the best pubs and cafes nearby. I’m friends with a lot of the local baristas and shop keepers now so it’s a really welcoming area to live in.

The cinema and theatre are also right down the street and there’s a great gym with a pool 5 minutes away.

We’re about a 10-15 minute walk from the station which is a really nice way to start the day if you commute.

A bit about us:
Reb- I love dance and running, I’m also always keen on new activities and I’m quite sociable myself, usually I go to friends houses for activities like painting, board games, or tv binges.

Emma- a theatre fanatic, Emma is also learning Korean and has recently started dancing too.

Nathan- a star runner! Loves a park run and Nathan is also a big reader. One of the sweetest guys ever.

Viewings will take place Saturday 18th of October 9am to 12pm, 4pm to 6pm
