Hey all,

We’ve found a wonderful place in Walthamstowand are looking for a fourth person to complete our household! We're hoping to find a new friend and housemate to share the space with.
The lease would start on3rd Nov, and the location is approx 8 min walk from Wood Street and ~20 to Walthamstow Central. the property has a garden and living room!

The room availabel owuld be the smallest, a single bedroom (shown as an office in the pics). The rest of the house itself and communal areas are huge!

A little about us and the vibe:
We are an LGBTQ+ and majority POC household, and we're building a home that is clean, respectful, and social - think shared dinners and board games rather than parties (we aren't opposed to occasional parties but we arent a party house!). We're looking for someone who is considerate and wants to feel at home here.

Here’s who we are:
Saf (they/them), 28: Final year PhD student and TA. Their hobbies include salsa, crochet, pottery, and hosting dinners and game nights.
Nel (she/her), 32: Works in the charity sector. Loves learning about social issues, reading, dancing, and can often be found at the pub with friends playing cards or at a flea market.
Bejal (they/she), 31: Starting a diploma in psychotherapy and works as a fashion model. She's passionate about community, mental health, nature, and cooking
