Spacious room for sublet for four weeks

I’m subletting my room in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Walthamstow. The room is a good size, bright and fully furnished with a comfy bed and wardrobe.

The flat itself is spacious, spread over three floors, with a big open-plan living room/kitchen. There are two bathrooms - you’d mainly use the upstairs one which is shared with one other person.

You’d be sharing with two flatmates, Tom and Patricia, who are both friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful. We’re a sociable but chilled flat, happy to chat over dinner but also do our own thing.

There’s great public transport links with Blackhorse Road (Victoria line) a 10 min walk away and St James St Station (Weaver line) one min away.

There’s loads of green space nearby with the marshes and wetlands right next door so perfect for walks and runs :) shops, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance too.
