We have one room available in our friendly shared house in Walthamstow. The house has 4 rooms, a large kitchen, bathroom, and a garden — perfect for relaxing when the weather’s nice. There are three of us living here and we are looking for one more guy.
We all work full time, so it’s a quiet and easy-going home.
About the room & house:
-All bills included except internet
-Fast 1GB/s fibre broadband (£10 per person)
-Single occupancy only
-Shared kitchen, bathroom, and garden
-Tube and Overground stations within 5-10 minutes’ walk
-Smoking only in the garden
We’re looking for:
-A gay man, age 30+
-Independent and easy-going
-Someone who works outside the home (not suitable for WFH)
-Comfortable in a quiet home without many visitors
We’re all gay and would prefer another gay housemate to keep a comfortable, relaxed vibe in the house.
