Hey all,

We’ve found a wonderful place in Walthamstow and are looking for a fourth person to complete our household! We're hoping to find a new friend and housemate to share the space with.
Looking to fill the room before December. The location is approx 8 min walk to Walthamstow Central. the property has a garden and living room!

The room available would be the smallest, Dimensions are approx 2.9m x 2.13m. Unfurnished. South facing, Great sunlight. Has a cute window book! The pics show what it would look like with some furniture (small double) to give you an idea of space.
Bills not included but should be about 100 each.

A little about us and the vibe:
We are an LGBTQ+ and majority POC household, and we're building a home that is clean, respectful, and social - think shared dinners and board games rather than parties (we aren't opposed to occasional parties but we arent a party house!). We're looking for someone who is considerate and wants to feel at home here.

Here’s who we are:
Saf (they/them), 28: Final year PhD student and TA. Their hobbies include salsa, crochet, pottery, and hosting dinners and game nights.
Nel (she/her), 32: Works in the charity sector. Loves learning about social issues, reading, dancing, and can often be found at the pub with friends playing cards or at a flea market.
Bejal (they/she), 31: Starting a diploma in psychotherapy and works as a fashion model. She's passionate about community, mental health, nature, and cooking
