2 month sublet, 1 bed in a 2 bed Walthamstow flat

I have a well located room available in a 2 bedroom flat in Walthamstow - the flat is a 6 minute walk to St James Street Overground, and approx a 12 min walk to Blackhorse Lane Station.

I’m looking for a someone to sublet one bedroom for 2 months from the 4th November to early January. Rent is £740 PCM plus approx £110 for bills each month. If someone is looking for somewhere for the whole year, this is an option also!

The flat is on the second floor of a terrace house and is on the smaller side, but with a large living room space with large bay windows, which gets plenty of natural light.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just one person - Monica (30) who works in research - researching people, countries and culture. I’m looking for someone who is laid back and respectful. I enjoy visiting galleries and the cinema, good food, pints at the pub, lido swimming, seeing friends. I’m super easy going and sociable, but also love my downtime at home and sometimes like doing my own thing, but am keen to find someone with a similar vibe that wants to join the home.

I'd rather you were female and 25+. No students or couples - sorry!

The flat is right by Walthamstow High street - close to Lidl, and a large Sainsbury’s, and right by the Wetlands / Marshes. The flat itself is tucked away on a quieter street, but with good connection links, and very close to lots of bars / coffee spots.
