Free carpark with secure access (cheaper insurance)and reasonable parking restrictions (10 am to 4 pm).
The kitchen and bathroom are not the biggest but I'm looking for a maximum of 3 people, including myself.
House provides a lot of storage space, so you don't need to keep any unnecessary stuff in your room.
One small room used as a bicycle storage and laundry room. There is no need to clatter your room.
