£520 per month Double Room in Top Floor Apartment

Looking for someone to take over my double room in a spacious top floor apartment (with a huge balcony). The flat had a large open-plan living room and kitchen, lots of natural light and plenty of space to chill / work from home. It’s a rolling contract so short & long term lets available.

The room itself is unfurnished (except for a chest of drawers/ shelves/ mattress, as I will be taking my furniture with me), but great if you have lots of furniture / want to make the room your own.

You’ll be sharing with two girls (26&27) - both working professionals who are social, tidy and respectful. We love hanging out together when we’re all around but also have our own routines during the week.

It’s about 20/25 minute walk from the Victoria line, or just an 8/10 minute bus ride to the tube (the bus stop if literally right outside the building).

Rent is £520 per month + bills (which is usually around £110 extra a month). Ideally looking for a female student/ working professional (21-30) who is friendly, considerate and looking for a home (not just a room!).
