Min stay 12 months. I’ve lived here for 3 years and love the house and area.

HOUSE OVERVIEW

Downstairs there is an entrance hall that leads into a sitting room & dining room and a separate kitchen to the right.

There is a private garden which you can access via the kitchen or french doors through the dining space. The garden itself is lovely, lots of space for hosting, having BBQs, and there are four fruit trees - plum, pear, apple and olive as well as lots of other plants. There is an outdoor shed too for the boiler and storing bits and bobs should you need.

Upstairs there is a massive bathroom which overlooks the garden. There is a Victorian bathtub with a shower head and plenty of space for hanging & drying clothes.

The double bedroom is located at the back of the house and overlooks the side alley and garden. It gets nice light and is quiet, very few disturbances from the road. The room has a beautiful fireplace and a built-in wardrobe that has hanging and folding space as well as space on top.

The house is partially furnished and the room is unfurnished.

AREA

The area itself is great - it’s really well connected; 12 mins walk to Blackhorse Road station and you have the overground and Victoria line, 15 min walk and you're at any of the following stations - Walthamstow Central, Queens Road or St James Street.

The following are all within walking distance:
- Lloyds Park - farmers market on a Saturday
- Blackhorse beer Mile
- William Morris Gallery
- Walthamstow Village - lots of eateries, pubs, wine bars etc.
- Walthamstow Market
- Walthamstow Wetlands (once here you can walk along the canal to Hackney Marshes up to the Olympic Park

ABOUT MY HOUSEMATE

She is 33 and works fully remotely from her room, so whoever moves in is free to set up and work wherever suits them best.

She is looking to live with someone who is of a similar age and enjoys having a chat, watching a show etc., but she is equally happy to chill on her own.

I’ve honestly had the best time living with her and sad to be leaving. She is a very easy person to live with - she enjoys hanging with friends, listening to music, going to concerts, going out for dinner and drinks but is also a homebody so loves a quiet night in too. She also likes having a clean and tidy space too.

She is looking for someone who is happy to make this a home, someone who will enjoy the space, is easy going and likes to have a laugh!

I’ll be moving out before Christmas, but a move in date of Jan is fine. Happy to be flexible.
