Looking for someone to sublet our huge double room in Walthamstow, sharing with one other.

We're moving back home to my parents until the end of the tenancy to save money before moving to Australia.

You'll be living with our good friend Tami, she works as a product manager. Always down for a chat or have a couple of pints at the pub but keeps to herself during the week.

1 office (specifically for you) which will include desk, desk chair and monitor.

🗓 December → march (flexible move-in date in December but ideally the 20th when the rent is due, move out day is 19th March)

🛋 furnished - we're happy to leave everything in the bedroom and office to make it easier for you.

📍 E17 8AQ, 5 mins from St James Street, 15 from walthamstow central & blackhorse road (Victoria line)

20 minutes into Liverpool St
10 minutes into Hackney

Lots of nice cafes, restaurants nearby.

💸 £1200 + bills (approx 150 pcm).

Ideally looking for someone between 25-35, open to couples too!
