Double Room in Cosy Victorian House with Garden

We are Wynter and Luke, professionals I'm our early 30s looking for someone to take over from our current housemate who unfortunately left in January to buy her own home!
The house is very homely, including a good sized double available to you, spare guest room for either parties to use, large shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and private garden, that is great for BBQs in thr summer!

I work in fashion and he works in the trades and we enjoy hosting dinner parties, going to all the great local pubs and cosy nights in playing board games.
We are super chill and friendly and still really good friends with our previous house of 7, so used to sharing our space!

We have two friendly and sociable maine coon cats, they are known as the gentle giants and despite being indoors cats, the house is always super clean, tidy and smell free!

We really are in a great location, situated under 10 mins walk between 3 different stations, all gaining access to central London within 20 mins.
We love the area for the Beer mile near Blackhorse Rd, as well as the cute Village to potter around the shops and Lloyd's park to chill in the summer and visit the weely farmers market.
