Description
Hello! I’m Niamh and I’m looking for someone to share my lovely home with.
🏡 About the flat:
I live in a gorgeous 2-bedroom Warner flat in Walthamstow, a stone’s throw away from lots of greenery and local amenities. The flat has a really big, sunny living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and a lovely private garden (with space for a bbq in the summer)!
🛏️ About the room:
I’m looking to rent out a spacious double bedroom which comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
💷 Rent: £950 pcm, all bills included!
📍About the area:
Walthamstow is a wonderful area with tonnes to do, a really lively atmosphere and a strong community feel. There are great pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes and brunch spots within easy walking distance. There’s lots of culture with the new Soho Theatre, the William Morris Gallery, Walthamstow Market, and loads of live music venues. For greenery and nature you can find Lloyd Park, Walthamstow Wetlands and Hackney Marshes on your doorstep, or hop on the tube to Epping Forest!
🚌 Transport:
The flat is really well connected with loads of transport links:
• Lea Bridge Station is a 10 minute walk away and gets you to Tottenham Hale in one stop (Victoria Line), and Stratford in one stop (Elizabeth, Central, Jubilee, DLR, Mildmay Overground)
• St James’ Street Station (Weaver Overground) and Walthamstow Queens Road Station (Suffragette Overground) are both a 12-15 minute walk away
• Walthamstow Central Station (Victoria Line) is a 16-20 minute walk away
• Buses - The closest bus stop is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to Walthamstow Central Station (58) or Blackhorse Road Station (158)
🙋🏻♀️ About me:
I work in psychology and am currently in my final year of a doctorate. Interests include live music and festivals, camping, record shopping, gardening, anything creative and crafty, being outdoors or in a beer garden (to name a few). I’m queer and queer-friendly and like living with other queer-friendly people. When I’m not glued to the library I’m always up for a pint/coffee/walk/movie night etc., but I really respect people’s space and need for alone time as well, so please just come as you are!
If this sounds up your street, please do message me. Feel free to tell me a little bit about yourself as well. I look forward to hearing from you!
Niamh :)
