We are renting a cozy room with a double bed in our family home, located in Walthamstow (E17). Although the room isn't very large, it has a double bed for your comfort and still offers enough space to move around or place a large mirror or TV on the opposite wall, as shown in the photos. The wardrobe assigned to the tenant is located in the hallway, making efficient use of the space.

Important notice: The rental excludes access to the living room; you will only have access to the bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen.

About the house and area:

• Location: Our house is located in a quiet area of ​​Walthamstow, just a 10-15 minute walk from Walthamstow Central Station (Victoria line), giving you quick access to central London. There are also bus stops within a 5-minute walk.

• Shops and amenities: The Mall Walthamstow, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafes, is a 15-minute walk away. Asda 24h is just a 5-minute walk away.

The room:
• Double bed in a compact and bright room with a skylight.

• Space available for a television or mirror on the opposite wall.

• The wardrobe is located in the adjacent hallway to maximize space.

Rules and requirements: We are looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful person. You are required to:
• Adhere to and respect the established cleaning schedule.

• Respect other residents' belongings and spaces (including bedrooms and personal items).

• Avoid making noise at night and take the stairs slowly and considerately for other residents.

The rent is £740/month, plus an additional £10 monthly fee for cleaning supplies (excluding toiletries, personal hygiene products, and laundry detergent, which are for your own use). A rental agreement will be signed, and a £450 deposit will be required.
