One room available in our welcoming, friendly and characterful Edwardian home.
- I am looking for a temporary housemate to sublet my room for 1 month while I am away.
- The room is available from 20th January 2026 to 21st February 2026.
- The house is occupied by professionals working in both creative and retail domains sharing passion for fashion, film, theatre and music. 2 males and 2 females.
- Everyone has different schedules so there’s rarely overlap and the house offers plenty of space (including a private desk area to work from within the bedroom for sublet).
- We occasionally gather for dinner and a glass of wine but everyone has their own personal space. Especially in the room that’s being sublet… it’s very large, bright and has its own private living-room area attached to the bedroom. It’s also the only bedroom on the ground floor so gives more of a studio apartment feel within a bigger home.
- The house is kept clean at all times and we’d like someone respectful, neat and tidy.
- There’s a weekly cleaning rota in place to stay on top of things in the shared spaces (kitchen & bathrooms). Everyone only cleans once a month.
- The room is available from 20th January 2026 to 21st February 2026.
- The room comes fully furnished as it is a sublet. Please be considerate and respectful of the room and furniture.
