On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a sitting room & dining room and a separate kitchen with access to a private garden.

Upstairs there is a shared bathroom with bathtub and shower which overlooks the garden.

The double bedroom is located at the back of the house and overlooks the garden. It gets nice morning light and is quiet. The room has a built-in wardrobe that has hanging and folding space as well as space on top.

The residential area itself is really well connected; 20 mins walk to Wood Street overground station and 15 mins bus drive to any of the following stations - Walthamstow Central, Queens Road or St James Street.

- Walthamstow Village - lots of eateries, pubs, wine bars etc.
