Double in Walthamstow (near St James St station)

Hello,

I'm looking to rent out a double bedroom in a 3-bedroom, recently renovated flat in Walthamstow for min 6 months, though ideally longer term.

The move-in date is set to the 1st of Feb, but there's some flex to move that sooner or later. The room comes fully furnished with an ottoman bed with storage space underneath, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers, and clothing rail, which can be replaced with a wardrobe if preferred. There's also additional storage space in the flat if needed.

We're on the top floor of a 3 storey building with a communal garden, and there are 2 of us living in the flat currently.

I'm 41 years old, from the US originally, and work as a consultant at a software company. The other flatmate is French, in their 20's, and works in hospitality.

Ideally, would like to live with someone who is sociable, tidy, and considerate. We're also a vegan household and would prefer someone who is vegan/vegetarian.
