Hey! I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely two-bed flat in Walthamstow as my current flatmate (and friend) is heading off travelling. Women preferred.
📍 Location: E17
💷 Rent: £900 + bills
🚆 Transport: Closest Overground is St James Street, with easy access to Lea Bridge Station and Walthamstow Central
🛒 Local bits: Aldi is literally a 4-minute walk away (ideal), on a quiet road with some really cute coffee shops and a great independent deli/café at the end of the street
Also has a garden!!
A bit about me:
I’m 26 years old and work as a chef in the City, so my hours can be early and varied. I’m friendly and sociable but really value a calm, peaceful home. I love cooking, yoga, Pilates and the gym (when work allows). It’d be lovely to live with someone with a similar vibe — maybe cooking together sometimes or the odd pub trip — while also respecting each other’s space.
Who I’m looking for:
• Clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces
• Considerate and respectful — mindful of noise in the evenings and late at night
• Easygoing and aware of shared living (things like being thoughtful with showers when we’re both home)
• Kind, communicative and respectful of boundaries
This flat would really suit someone who enjoys a relaxed, peaceful home and sees it as a place to unwind. A similar lifestyle and interests would be a big plus.
