Looking for a flatmate in Walthamstow!!

Hello!! We’re looking for a forth flatmate to join our lovely house in Walthamstow!

We’re three guys aged 26-30 who all work full time. We’re a social flat and love hanging out together — watching TV and movies at night, heading to the pub, or hitting up a rave on the weekends, but we also value our own space and lives.

We’re ideally looking for someone queer friendly/queer of any gender and who’s not just after a place to sleep, but is keen to be part of a fun and friendly home!

The house is spread over 3 floors, has a large living space and kitchen downstairs and a nice outdoor space (perfect for a cheeky summer drink!). You’ll be sharing 2 bathrooms with 3 people (our flatmate on the 3rd floor has his own en suite).

We’re a 5 minute walk from St James Street overground station (Weaver line takes 17 minutes to Liverpool Street), and 10-15 minute walk from Walthamstow Central (end of the Victoria line) - so we’re super well connected. 5-10 minute walk from multiple supermarkets, multiple gyms in our area, and a bunch of lovely cafes, bars and thrift stores.

* Tenancy: restarting, so you’ll need to be able and willing to sign onto a year long lease e. g. provide proof of income to the agency (but landlord is fine with flatmates changing during lease)
