Double size loft room with en-suite

A spacious, double size bedroom with en-suite shower is available from 6th February, inclusive of all bills.
You will be sharing the kitchen with one other, situated on the first level of a terraced family home. We will be sharing the front door entrance but our paths will rarely meet as my family is hardly around (all grownups, no kids)
I have two cats living in the house and will not enter your room but will need you not to be allergic to cats as they do roam about on the stairs. Super helpful if you like cats as one of them wants to be everybody's friends!

We are looking for a professional preferably female who appreciates a quiet, restful place where feeling at home is essential! It will be great if you are calm, clean and tidy with an ease for communication as it is a pretty chilled household here. It is for a single person only with no overnight guests is allowed.

The closest station is Walthamstow Central for the Victoria line and Overground train, it is about 10 to 15 minutes' walk, bus stop at the bottom of the road for all buses to the station for those lazy days! 15 minutes to Kings Cross, 25 minutes to Oxford Circus, or 15 minutes to Liverpool Street station.
If you prefer the Central line, can take a bus to Leyton station!
The same bus will take you to Westfield Stratford if that's your thing, where Elizabeth line is available there.
There is also the train line taking you to the North if you prefer at Midland Road Station. N55 operates for those late night travels. Plenty of options when having to deal with those pesky train strikes days!

Walking distance to the infamous village where there is array of shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries or pubs.
William Morris Gallery is within walking or short bus ride distance, or if you prefer walks/cycles in nature, Epping Forest is nearby.
There is an Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Lidl within a 15-minute walk or less, or Walthamstow market where £1 per bowl of vegetables or fruits still exists!
