It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Walthamstow Central Station (Victoria Line) and 5 minutes to Wood Street (Weaver Line), ~20 mins to Liverpool Street.
There are three of us living here all of us are Irish and we get on well. We would like someone who is easy going as we currently have a great house dynamic. Our interests include sport and comedy.
It's a very good deal on the rent given the friendly atmosphere in the house, accessibility to Central London, garden, large living area etc.
